TUBE INSPECTION (ECT, RFET, MFL, IRIS)

Eddy Current Testing is a non contact method to detect discontinuities in non ferromagnetic tubing in heat exchangers, coolers etc.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
EDDY CURRENT TESTING (ECT)
Eddy Current Testing is a non contact method to detect discontinuities in non ferromagnetic tubing in heat exchangers, coolers etc., and this state of the art technology is the most suitable technique for detecting and sizing non ferrous material discontinuities like corrosion, erosion, wear, baffle cuts and cracks etc.

“We are equipped with very advanced equipments and a group of qualified and trained operators to meet all your tube inspection requirements.”

INTERNAL ROTARY INSPECTION SYSTEM (IRIS)
Internal Rotary Inspection System (IRIS) is most effective, accurate and a very reliable ultrasonic immersion pulse echo technique for inspection of heat exchanger’s, cooler tubes and boiler tubes, in oil gas and petrochemical industries.

Integrity of Heat Exchangers, coolers and boilers tubes are very important where the inspection of tubes is unavoidable in oil and gas Industries.

We have pool of certified/ experience Inspectors, highly advance equipments and well established testing procedures to take any challenge in IRIS Inspection.

REMOTE FIELD TESTING (RFET)
Remote field testing is very effective/reliable method for inspecting ferromagnetic tubes such as carbon steel or ferrite stainless steel. Detection and sizing of volumetric defects such as erosion, corrosion, wear and baffle cuts can be achieved with very good sensitivity by using our advanced equipments and qualified operators.

MAGNETIC FLUX LEAKAGE FOR TUBE INSPECTION (MFL)
Magnetic flux leakage (MFL) is a fast inspection technique, suitable for measuring wall loss and detecting sharp defects such as pitting, grooving, and circumferential cracks. MFL is effective for aluminum-finned carbon steel tubes because the magnetic field is almost completely unaffected by the presence of such fins and this technology is good for:

Feedwater heaters
Air coolers
Carbon steel heat exchangers
